I experimented for five years before I released this product in 1982. It enhanced everything I used it on. It is wonderful with eggs, either mixed with raw eggs before using or sprinkled over hard-boiled eggs. For egg salad add my Wacky Salt, chopped green olives, and mayonnaise. Perfect!!! But my Wacky Salt goes far beyond eggs. For example, many good cooks swear by chicken, either whole or in pieces, baked with nothing but Wacky Salt. I personally like it on steak. It rounds out the taste. Heck … I love it on everything!!!
